Neus Palomeras is Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). She holds a Ph.D in Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona.

Her research field of interest is Innovation Management, analyzed from a Strategy perspective. Her empirical works analyze the role of research-intensive organizations mainly from the prysma of the R&D employees working there. Up to now, her main topic of study has been the inter-firm mobility of inventors and the consequences for the transfer and production of knowledge. She has also analyzed technology licensing activities, the consequences of the organization of inventors in teams and the role of inventors in technological alliances.

She teaches courses related to the Management of Technology and Innovation to undergraduate, master and Phd students at UC3M.
