The Editorial Académica Española published in October this year the Final Master's Project of the student Edit Pérez Gómez in the form of a book: "The Operational Risk in Insurance Entities, Qualitative and Actuarial Models in Solvency II"

This book presents a general and detailed framework on risk, its control and management, as well as the role of corporate governance. It addresses with special emphasis the operational risk by treating its antecedents, evolution, definition, origin, typification and also its monitoring, control and management within the insurance business. Likewise, they may observe different methodologies for their quantification under the Solvency II framework.
