Maria Jose Sanchez-Bueno holds a PhD in Management by the University of Salamanca. Nowadays, she is an Associate Professor at Carlos III University.
Her research has provided a set of contributions to several key fields of management issues such as corporate strategy (diversification, internationalization) and organizational structure (and their link with performance and innovation), downsizing phenomenon, family business and entrepreneurship. Specifically, her research has been published in journals such as British Journal of Management, Industrial and Corporate Change, Organization Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Family Business Review, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Business Review, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Business Research, Entrepreneurship & Regional Development, etc. Thus, she has received several recognitions and her work has been well cited in internationally recognized journals
In addition, Maria Jose Sanchez-Bueno regularly presents her research output at the main international conferences, she regularly takes part in research projects, she is a reviewer of several international journals and conferences, etc.
Her teaching experience covers Strategic Management at various levels and she is author of two books.
