Fernando Muñoz-Bullón holds a PhD in Economics and Business (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona). He is an Associate Professor of Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
His research interests focus on labour and industrial relations, as well as on their relationship with firm strategy. As regards the former, labour relations are the core of this research. As regards the latter, the main focus is on growth strategies, firm restructuring, entrepreneurship, and business creation. His research has been published in national and international journals (such as, e.g., industrial Relations, Group & Organization Management, British Journal of industrial Relations, Family Business Review, Journal of World Business, Entrepreneurship & Regional Development). He has experience in teaching different courses on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. He has authored two books on Business Administration.
